Accidents can be avoided if every job is well thought out, well prepared and carefully executed. in particular, the safety-oriented instruction is the best method to prevent any disturbances in any operating procedure. in monthly meetings with all commercial employees, the observance and implementation of our  occupational safety is questioned and thematically analyzed.

The quality of our products guarantees high customer satisfaction. our focus is on modern and innovative manufacturing technologies. regular investments in our machinery and the continous training of all employees underline our mission statement “quality through experience” and support our solution-oriented work.

Above all, usage of our environments is an important aspect in our daily work. Consumption of energy, materials and hazardous substances as well as the caused waste are regularly recorded, their handling is questioned and optimized through action plans. Waste is disposed in accordance with the valid environmental guidelines.

our goal:

• no accidents at work, breakdowns and any damages
• no SGU-violations at the workshop and during customer missions
• all incoming orders have to be processed without any complaint – but at least within a rate below 2.5% (measured by the number of orders)
• We want to keep the cost ratio of internal reworking below 0.3% of the entire sales by means of consistent quality controls in all areas
• keep the sick leave of employees at a low level
• consistent implementation of the maintenance plans for our machine tools to keep maintenance and repair costs for the machine tools at low level
• further integration of the introduced environmental management system into existing procedures and work instroctions
• low amount as well as diversity of hazardous substances
• regular recording of the consumption of energy and the several materials as well as caused waste

For implementation of our high aims, our jointly developed and formulated corporate mission statement is a helpful guideline and constant motivator.
